- Flanking now protects from counterattack damage for all units
- Enlightenment Cathedrals give growth per population, not per citizen
- Redemption gives +50% to harbors and hamlets (was +20%)
- Redemption Cathedrals allow hurrying specialists and projects with training

- Monasteries can be built in Clerics family cities without Monasticism
