We noticed an issue where the DLC was not being gifted to people who had purchased Old World Prior to May 19. This has been fixed, anyone who has purchased the game prior to May 19th on the Epic Game Store should have the Heroes of the Aegean DLC at this point in time.

Additionally if you had already purchased the DLC in error your account has been automatically reimbursed. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
